AS999 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Players

1. Introduction

Welcome to AS999. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the complete legal agreement between you — the player — and AS999, governing your access to and use of the AS999 website and all services offered on it, including online casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, and all related features.

By registering an account on AS999, making a deposit, or using any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use AS999.

3. Account Registration & Management

Each player may hold one account on AS999. Opening multiple accounts — whether under your own name, under a different name, or using a different device or email address — is a serious violation of these Terms. AS999 will close all duplicate accounts if discovered, and any winnings accumulated across duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

When registering on AS999, you must provide accurate and complete information including your real name, date of birth, valid email address, and Pakistani mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your AS999 login credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. AS999 will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• Notify AS999 immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Use a strong, unique password for your AS999 account and enable two-factor authentication where available.
• Do not access your AS999 account from shared or public devices without logging out completely after each session.

AS999 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Commonly requested documents include a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) and proof of your registered mobile number or payment method.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

AS999 accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard. All transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). AS999 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.

The minimum deposit on AS999 is Rs 500. There is no upper limit on deposits, subject to the limits imposed by your chosen payment provider. AS999 does not charge a fee on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges — these are outside AS999's control.

Withdrawals on AS999 are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000.
• You may only withdraw to a payment method that belongs to you and is registered in your name.
• Withdrawals will only be processed after your identity has been verified to AS999's satisfaction. This is a standard anti-fraud measure, not a mechanism to delay legitimate payouts.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

AS999 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, and reload promotions. Each individual offer is subject to its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer on the AS999 platform.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses on AS999 unless a specific offer states otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement — meaning the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. 6. Gameplay Rules

All casino games available on AS999 — including live dealer tables, video slots, Andar Bahar, roulette, and all other games — are governed by the rules of the individual game as displayed within the game interface. AS999's role is to provide the platform and enforce fair play; the game rules themselves are determined by the game providers.

Game outcomes on AS999 are determined by:

• Bet confirmation: A bet is only confirmed once AS999 displays a confirmation message and a bet reference number. Bets that have not been confirmed should not be assumed to have been placed.
• Odds changes: Odds on AS999 can change at any time before a bet is confirmed. If the odds change between you initiating a bet and AS999 confirming it, the bet will be placed at the new odds and you will be notified.
• Match postponements: If a sports event is postponed and does not take place within 48 hours of the originally scheduled start time, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned.
• Abandoned matches: If a match is abandoned before it is officially complete, bets will be settled based on the rules of the individual sport as published in the AS999 sports betting rules section.
• Palpable errors: If AS999 posts incorrect odds due to a clear data error (a "palpable error"), AS999 reserves the right to void bets placed at those odds and return stakes, even after the event has concluded.
• Maximum winnings: AS999 applies maximum payout limits per event and per bet type. These limits are displayed alongside the odds at the time of placing a bet.

PSL (Pakistan Super League) betting on AS999 follows the same rules as all other cricket markets unless a specific PSL promotion states additional terms. Match result, top batsman, total runs, and player performance markets are all subject to the standard sports betting rules above.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on AS999. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age or are otherwise ineligible under Section 2 of these Terms.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or during any identity verification process.
• Opening or using more than one AS999 account.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

AS999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time if AS999 has reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has breached these Terms, has engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.

When an account is suspended, the account holder will be notified and given the opportunity to respond. If the investigation concludes without finding a violation, the account will be reinstated and any withheld funds returned. If a violation is confirmed, AS999 may:

• Permanently close the account.
• Void and forfeit all pending bets and bonus balances.
• Withhold or recover any funds obtained through fraudulent or prohibited means.
• Report the account to relevant financial or regulatory authorities where required by law.
